i like a base of girard for bennet + a 2nd maybe? I think bennet brings a very similar game to kadri and he's got a really good price tag. i think if we landed a 2nd in the trade we'd be able to get another depth piece worth 2.5 mil to go on another hunt for the cup

Panthers just signed Carlsson so idk if they trade him already.

I'd be in on a deal for Lundell but not so much on Bennett. I still say Lundell plus Hornqvist for Girard plus a prospect/pick (maybe even Newhook and FLA adds some more) would fit better though I'm sure FLA would be loathe to give up Lundell.

Side note: The old pic of Sakic with the cheeky grin that says he either just fleeced someone or let rip a SBD was better!

Florida has Lundell as their long term option at 2C. Bennett is a great replacement for Kadri. Also I love that Sakic pic too haha

Agreed. Dont think each club trades those players for their own opinions on them.
