If Brossoit can start the season, or is only out for a couple weeks, Vegas just waits it out and doesn't make a ridiculous trade for a backup goalie.

I think Winnipeg has a two-year window to compete. After this year they may make trades, but definitely not Wheeler and a 1st for Beauvillier.

VGK is definitely going to see what they have in LT before they make any moves, but I can almost guarantee you none of those moves will include a first in the deepest draft in a decade lol

Jets probably say no. I’d imagine they see more value in wheeler + those two picks than Beauvillier. No guarantee jets are still buyers come the 2024 draft.

But I feel like maybe there’s a deal to be made around wheeler for Bailey.

Np have fun with a thompson brossoit tandem. Thats a recipe to miss the playoffs. As for the price it may seem a bit high but between the complete lack of options and the kuemper deal it doesnt look crazy.
