Players who are just like medisappointments

Created by: MontysPython
Team: 2022-23 Custom Team
Initial Creation Date: Aug. 31, 2022

Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Players who could get the Kirby Dach treatment, and may be targets for Kent Hughes and the Habs. Help me name more disappointments that could use a change of scenery following Dach, and other players who no longer have spots on their teams. Players near the bottom are less of a disappointment, and are only here for a lack of roster spots on their teams.

McMichael is by far not a disappointment, he played well in limited ice time but didn't get as much time on ice as expected due to the overflow of forwards in Washington, as well as the extra deployment of the 4th line, turning them into the de facto 3rd line and limiting McMichael's ice time further.

I don't know if I'd throw Vilardi or Suzuki in just yet, especially with the large amount of forwards/forward prospects in both Carolina and Los Angeles.

Also I'd take Leschyshyn out, I don't think anybody had any big or real expectations for him.

Yeah I kinda agree with kakko also, I'm giving him a pass for last year, he had a string of injuries that held him back, and he had a horrible start to the season points wise. I fully expect a 40-50 point season . If he doesn't step up then I'm gunna be worried. It's his 4th year, its time

Yeah I just went through the 17-19 drafts discarded the total busts and kinda focused on the top 15 picks. But you are right about Kakko

I'll keep them on the list, but they've been on the border of producing, and so are on the border of this list. Ice time is iffy, so it could be incentive for those players to want trades. Some of em are getting passed by players picked years later.

If he fails to score more then 30 points this season he’s a bust but I hope that doesn’t happen and he does like you said a 40-50 point season
