Alright, gonna get some flack for this one, lol....
To CALGARY: Nylander (50% via ARI), Timothy Liligren, TOR 3rd 2023, ARI 3rd 2023. (Reason: Needs a T6RW at affordable, TOR Needs space and a top end D man, but overall has D depth, they are already having trouble finding room for Sandin, trading TL will make room for JC in TOR)....
To ARIZONA: TOR 1st 2023, CGY 1st 2024, Jusso Valimaki, Oliver Kylington. (REASON: Young T4 D man, prospect and 2-1st RD pics I think they would go for for JC and some Salary Retention)....
To TORONTO:
Jacob Chychrun, Dillon Dube (REASON: They get their upgrade on D, and an T9 RW replacement for Nylander, not bad swap with no cap space. With Nylander $ out, they have more than enough room).

Leafs say no. Losing Nylander + lily + 1st + 3rd for Chychrun and Dube.

Let's say Nylander + 1st = Chychrun

I would rather Lily and the 3rd over Dube.

Take out Lily, add Holl and Leafs accept.

Overall there is a conversation to be had.

I think its a workable trade
As a leafs fan i rather give the 2024 1st instead of the 2023 1st
and instead of Liljegren i would try Holl and a Ottawa 3rd round pick
creative trade i dont mind it

Don't see your logic on how the Leafs get more cap space. With Nylander and Liljgren it's 8.4m. With 3.5m Nylander retained Chychrum at 4.6m and Dube 2.3...that's 10,4m. 2m more for an exchange of 4 players. Really don't see the Leafs doing when LHD isn't a big need and for cap reasons.

the leafs dont do this for many many reasons
1-they dont need defence, they really dont, its incredible that people think that's a weakness but it's not, not even close
2-they dont need defence at the cost of scoring, they literally need another top 6 forward not 1 less and Dube is a terrible replacement let alone add for that
3-chychrun is a LD, he is not good on the right side, hell he's not even half as good as people round here say he is on the left side, but he's much worse on the right
so yeah, hard no for the leafs, not even close

Leafs still say no. Chychrun is not Jesus and he isn't needed in Toronto. Leafs are short a top 6 winger and moving one for nothing is ridiculous. Not to mention Sandin is already blocked and chychrun, contrary to popular opinion, is not good on the right side.
