How many NHL games have they played in their careers so far, compared to the # that Brown played in until he was traded?

Value is not far off tbh.

Same planet where Zach Sanford pulled a good prospect and a possible pick.

This one.

And please read the condition on the draft pick a little more closely before embarrassing yourself any further.

The devil is in the details.

I read all of it. Bad trades happen, but nobody with any sense is giving you anything good for your replacement level players. “Hey that one bad player got something good that one time.” Gimme a break. I’m not the one that should be embarrassed

It wasn't a "trash deal" because Logan Brown made it to 30 games and we kept the pick.

Lundkvist and Kravtsov have not shown they can make it to 30 games.

Which of your "trash deals" would you use as a standard?

No, you have not read any of it.

You asked, "On what planet are guys like Watson and Holden pulling a good prospect and a pick??"

You implied that Watson and Holden are "pulling" a pick in this post when they actually might not.

Yes, you are the one that should be embarrassed.

Bad trades happen all the time.

And nobody with any sense is giving the Rangers anything good for first round busts.

What's your next embarrassing contribution to this thread?

They are two trades based on a previous trade that happened IRL.

Any other questions?

Lol. How old are you? I read all of it. Saying pick and a prospect doesn’t mean I missed the part where the pick is conditional. If they’re first round busts why are you trading for them? You won’t do well on the internet if you get this upset every time somebody disagrees with you

Logan Brown played a total of 30 games for Ottawa.

Lundkvist and Kravtsov have only played a total of 25 and 20 games for the Rangers respectively.

It's close enough.

What would you suggest instead?

1. Old enough to know that you might not have the attention span to read a single sentence before proceeding to trash someone's idea.

2. No, you did not read any of it before commenting.

And now you're backtracking by saying "doesn’t mean I missed the part where the pick is conditional".

3. Same reason why St. Louis traded for Logan Brown:

depth

4. I've been on Capfriendly for about 18 months and I still post, regardless of how strongly somebody might disagree with me.

If you can't stop yourself from getting upset when I post, then the internet might not be the right place for you.

Chances are that Drury saves Kravtsov to try to acquire someone like Kane at the deadline. Since he wants to trade Lundqvist now, it must just be a prospect swap for another waiver exempt player, or for an NHL ready, young player that they can use now. As we saw with Georgiev, he's not the one to just dump guys who had/have a lot of potential, even if they are starting to look like busts, until the last moment.

I didn’t back track. I read everything. Take the picks out and the trades are still bad. The trades being bad didn’t upset me at all. I just posted my opinion and you told me I should be embarrassed for disagreeing with you. You’ve got to be a pretty miserable person to get this worked up over a complete stranger having a different opinion. Hope it gets better. Take care

Yes, you did backtrack.

You looked at the trade without reading what was said.

And then proceeded to trash my post.

And then backtracked when I called you out on it.

The picks might not even be in the trade when all is said and done.

That's another piece of evidence suggesting you didn't read the trade in its entirety.

The trades 100% made you upset.

I said you should be embarrassed for not reading and understanding the condition on the draft pick before trashing my post.

Not whether you disagreed with me.

You don't have to continue lying to me.

You've got to be a pretty miserable person to get this worked up when somebody is defending himself whenever you lash out with un-constructive criticism.

I hope it will be better for you the next time you think about lashing out.

Seek help.
