At 3 years it will definitely cost you more than 2M to OS Sandin as he simply will never consider signing that over a 1 year deal at 1.5M to get arbitration rights. 2M x 3 years is also not nearly enough for Toronto to not match instantly, that deal is a massive steal for them.
