I would accept that offer as the Anaheim GM.

This offer is probably beaten by other teams IMO albeit Shaw is interesting for a bottom 6 role despite no NHL experience. Wild need to offer a top prospect though to get Kane

I mean, and I say this with respect to you and Kane, but if someone is willing to offer more than two projected middle 6 wingers, a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for a rental, then I am out.

He's not a wild fan. Dude traded for a dman after wild traded Dmitry Kulikov. He's a Montreal fan

Guerin won't. He doesn't like rental. He's not trading for a player like kane after kicking out Parise and suter. Wild just traded Dmitry Kulikov for a reason. In no world are wild trading for a d either

No, I like experimenting with other teams. That is the point of the site.

Minnesota is still the last team to trade for d. Kane , a rental along with his history wouldn't be brought into lockerroom by our gm who hasn't traded a 1st and prospect for rentals

In this case, the GM is me, and I just did. Whoops.

Shaw is not a middle 6 winger, he's a bottom 6 guy. Beckman is hard to project.

Chicago only got a 1st, 2nd, and a 3rd for Debricat under RFA control and a year at 6.4 mil AAV.

The team that acquires Kane at the TDL is going to get what, 30 games of use out of him before he is a UFA? At a certain point, Chicago is going to price themselves out of the Kane market.

What was the reason that they traded Kulikov?

Because we have too many d and to clear cap room. According to Russo, to take advantage of another team needing to dump a player
