I'm sure the value is there, we would just be nickel and diming at this point. Ain't nobody got time for that.

I'm personally not interested in moving Knies. I'm hoping he can be the cheap scoring depth TOR is lacking right now.

I don't know what a Mike Koster is, so sure throw him in?

Sabres trade doesnt makes sense for Buffalo, if Johnson walks they get a 2nd and they have plenty of LD in their system

Meyers as a potential 3C on a cheap caphit has more value to the AVS than rental Tatar. Easy pass.

Koster is a gopher. Good puck skills. Was drafted at 5’7”. Now 5’10”.

Okay, last time I did one for Rielly Walsh and I thought Sabres fans said they didn’t need RD. Wanted big LD. Maybe I am remembering that incorrectly.

They get Boqvist too!
(I really just added that tread to continue theme of thread)

Big RD, Jokiharju is the weakest link currently, and even then he has this year to prove himself

Well, that might make sense, by the way, if Adams doesn't think Johnson is going to sign for Buffalo.

Bryson has been great as a RD and Bahl is a big defender but he is a LD. It could make sense, also we'll get a late second for Johnson, almost a third round if he goes for free.

Oh, okay. not sure we’ve got one that fits. Here our big RDs

Mukhamadullin (6’4” 180) is a lefty RD, is big, but would unlikely get moved in a deal like this.

McCarthy (6’1”, 200) isn’t big, but plays heavy. Kinda underrated as prospect since he doesn’t pile up points.

Hurtig (6’5” 190) is a big RD. He will be Freshman at Michigan State this year. TBD on his outlook. Some like him.

Barabosha (6’2” 190) is good defensively around net and quite physical. See below

They have Novikov, who started in the KHL at 18 has been playing well in the KHL, and Lindgren. I would put Novikov miles ahead of Bahl and this franchise has been hyping up the Lindgren pick so theyre pretty keen on him

I would be interested in McCarthy as a hometown kid and would be willing to add for Mukhamadullin

Yes, I know, but Novikov and Lindgren are still very far from the NHL, and Bahl is already playing in the AHL.

I dont think Bahl is that good though. He was hyped 4 years ago. Hes been fine in the A, but looks like he'll be a bottom pair/ depth dman

He is pretty good. Some knocked his skating, but it looks fine, especially for his size. Problem has been puck skills. I think he has always been viewed at as 3rd pair type. Maybe #4 upside. Okhotiuk has probably passed him on depth chart, mostly for his physicality, but Bahl probably has better career long-term.
