Some preseason possible overreactions here, but the Larkin/Vrana/Raymond line has looked good and a big and strong 2nd line w/ Bert/Copp/Perron will get some goals and be a pia to play against.

3rd/4th lines deepest we've seen in years. Called up Elmer and Simon, at least to start. "Can't teach size"

Veleno w/ the club and Berggren first call-up if needed. I have a feeling Erne might get waived so any value for him would be fine if gettable.

Not a big fan of Erne either, but seeing how much contenders pays for physical grinders/poverforwards at the deadline🤤.

I would personally have Edvinsson in the AHL and call him up after the deadline for 9 games. ELC slides and Simon should have a big payday at the same time Chiarot’s contract is done.

Soderblom is ahead of where anyone thought he was but his skating still needs work. I have no problems with Chiarot he's a big physical defenseman and should work out well paired with Seider.

Id rather put soderblom in GR than play 11 minutes a night in detroit. I want to see veleno in there every night instead at this point.

Soderblom's skating still needs work maybe some time with Kim Muir.

Which is totally fair, that's why I put him on PP2 also. Park him in front of the net, get some confidence and points.

Haha sure if they can get more, then go for it. Re: Simon the question I asked myself is who is better, Oesterle or him? 3rd pairing minutes w/ a relatively solid RD might be a good way to ease into the NHL, at least until Hagg recovers or a waiver pickup sends him down to GR.
