    I’m not exactly sure I would do drai straight up for Mathews at the moment, more on cap differences and longterm stay in Edmonton than anything though.

    rather have Drai, his contract is way better. and also the difference between 29 and 34 is not at all that big

    Given the contract being way better for draisaitl, i think a one for one swap is fine

    yeah, leafs dont touch any of that.
    Drai is simply really good without mcdavid, Matthews is on another planet.
    That's a hilarious amount to get rid of a top 4 defender and Scheifle isnt near that good and is basically a locker room cancer by all acounts

    Way too much to give by Oilers for Matthews
    And for two years of 6.1m Schefiele you're trading 5.6m X 2 Muzzin, two first, a second ,two thirds and Bougualt. Robertson and Kerfoot. Wow that makes the Hershal Walker trade look fair. (for you younger folks look it up. It make the Cowboys a power house for years)

    Jimmy and jerry never should have split up, I would take that early 90s cowboys against basically anybody.
