Yeah the blues are not paying that price. We will be needing cheap forwards on their ELC contracts soon

Almost no chance the Blues get Chychrun. If they did it would have to involve a 3rd team to take Scandella, Leddy or another D considering every player on their roster with a large cap hit outside of O'Reilly has a NTC (and wouldn't waive it to go to Arizona. Possible if it looked like this (also doubt STL gives up both Bolduc and Neighbours):

Blues:
In - Chychrun
Out - Scandella, Mikkola, Bolduc, 1st, 4th

Arizona:
In - Mikkola, Bolduc, 1st
Out - Chychrun

Ottawa:
In - Scandella, 4th

Az would push hard for perunovich

and yes as noted Armstrong likes keeping his high picks to reload and stay in future contention.
