Description

Meier trade - replace Hirvonen with Neimela and remove the third if needed.
Holl trade - trade him or place on waivers, Bjork as a return makes sense.
Kerfoot trade - Washington seems forced to add a forward, Kerfoot could be that guy.
Sturm trade - really wanted Sturm as a UFA, think he would be a great addition and a 3rd plus Malgin seems about right.

These are all decent ideas but Meier will cost more and I wouldn’t move Kerfoot when moving Engvall instead would also make you cap compliant

Yea it’s close but I doubt teams alot of teams are gonna offer a first plus a prospect better than niemela. I’ve seen a bunch of people propose Holtz but I don’t see the devils parting ways with him, obviously Holtz is the better prospect and if he’s on the table sharks take him.

Sabres could have gotten Bear for a 5th. They're not going to spot Toronto 2 mill in cap to cover for a day to day injury

I think that San Jose would insist on a 2023 first-round draft pick, Niemela instead of Hirvonen, and at least the third if not more.
