Yes, because the Canucks will give up the two best players in the deal, a PPG player, and top prospect. Makes total sense

I agree the Canucks wouldn’t do this, but Barzal is (by far) the 2nd best player in the trade

I wouldn’t say by far. You could argue him over Hughes but personally I’d take Hughes (although I’m probably a little biased)

Barzel has not broke 62 points since his rookie season. And at 9M+....this is does not look like a good contract.

Barzel best season is 85 points he also learned to play very good defenise hockey under Troz

You really like to dig yourself a hole don't you. Barzel, 352 in 406 games. Petey 273 in 286 games.
But for fun, lets still say Barzel is better.
