Leafs need right D right now and not left D. Holl has been great as of late also. Leafs dcorp is very good. If they do make a trade it will be for a legit RD upgrade over Holl. Which would be very expensive and not many names fit the bill.

Keeping Holl isn't a good reason to pass on a top 10 pick.

Can't argue with that logic, other than saying the Leafs are in win now mode and Holl is helping them do that. Players like him. This trade would be a huge negative to morale.

But either way. Montreal never makes this trade in the first place. Haha
