Change the 1st to 2024 add 25% retention on Anderson and Calgary might do it.

I still do not understand how people don't get that it makes no sense to retain. If Hughes wanted the deal u just suggested to happen, it would have happened already

There won't be retain salary and from what I have understand of the situation The price could be higher for Anderson cause there are multiple team who's looking into getting him. Edmonton, Dallas, Calgary, New Jersey are prime player here I think and a bidding wars could be installed.
