It really does make a lot of sense. Edmonton is a fast paced team and gurianov is a great skater and would compliment mcdavid well as they could generate so many fast breaks, and JP is a solid defensive guy and come PO’s they run a line of
Marchment-Faksa- JP they could probably be similar to that danualt line Montreal had that shutdown every teams 1st line in PO’s

Nah, at this point I’d do it. I’ve given Gurianov plenty of time to show me what he can do and he’s just been extremely mediocre.

My only concern with this, is watch him go god mode with McDavid like Nichushkin did with Colorado after we bought him out.
