Description

Both are a big reason why the isles have won 3 in a row. Pelech doesn’t look like he’ll be back anytime soon, but when he does they need to keep Wotherspoon on the roster. He’s a perfect mayfield replacement and he’ll be cheap to retain.

Wotherspoon style is pretty much a more physical Devon Toews. Isles have been dominating with him on the ice

Aho and Witherspoon can both play RD so yeah mayfield should be traded

Wotherspon has been a very nice surprise along with Fasching, both have earned the right to be on the team. When Pelech is back Salo should be sent down.

We should definitely trade mayfield at the deadline. I’m optimistic and expect us to be competing at the deadline, but it would make 0 sense to keep him since his value could return potentially a 1st round pick and we have guys in the organization that can replace him fairly easily.
