Wrong team for Kuzmenko. Carolina have Jarvis, Necas, Teravainen on the wings already. I casually skipped over Svechnikov and Pacioretty too. There's a team that will pay a bigger price, because Carolina will likely not give you a 1st for Kuzmenko

really? there were so many canes fans on this site saying that they should target kuzmenko
either way, kuzmenko could probably fetch a first. doesn't matter from who

I doubt Kuzmenko fetches a 1st. There's only so many 1st round picks. Kane, Senko, Horvat, and Chychrun are going to be the big returners for that. Then there are guys like ROR, Toews, and I just cannot see Kuzmenko getting a 1st.

NJ rejects. Nemec is a non-starter is practically any deal and Graves plays too important of a role for this year's team to be able to justify moving him in an "all-in" kind of deal. Lastly, this is just my opinion, but Boeser isn't of interest for me and would represent negative value for my vision of building a Cup winner.

That’ll be a no from NJ.
Boeser hasn’t been very good, and carried a hefty cap hit
Horvat is a rental, and our GM has been notably anti rental
Rathbone doesn’t make sense when they can just keep Nemec

I'll go further than @hckeydude123 -- Kings would add another third to have Ryan Graves at that retention and package price.

Devils unlikely to move Nemec. Boeser and/or Horvat maybe, but would be off-season moves (latter in free agency).

I think Boeser for pick/prospect over the summer is most plausible.

My guess is after all this talk only Horvat and Chychrun move. Too hard to move either Hawks or Blues players.

That's a possibility. But ROR has no trade protection and Senko openly wants out. It's not hard to move the Blues players. The Hawks is different and I get that, but there are other players (like Timo Meier) that would return a 1st before Kuzmenko would, I just can't see it.
