Description

Figure you guys are all in to make the playoffs. Miller is good when he is on a winning team and shouldn't have his issues blown out of proportion like Van media does. OEL becomes your 3rd best D possibly 4th depending how you see Forsling. Fernand keeps you under the cap when Duclair is moved. Not sure if 4th is too low but no 3rd round pick and 2nd could be too much.

Honestly I think they would, I think if you retained on miller then yes

Tbh if i were Vancouver i would be looking for more for retaining almost 4 mil for the next 5 years but Florida might actually consider.

Well it's only 4 more years and whatever would be left this year and cheaper then buying out the contract and save the buyout caphit in years 5-8.

Why would they. They take on more cap plus one being a cap dump while giving up valuable pieces

OEL isn't a cap dump at 3.6m that's fair value for an offensive top 4 Defenceman he is being misused in Vancouver which makes him look worse then he is. He's okay defensively but in Vancouver has been asked to be the shutdown pair. Similar to what's happened to Horvat for the last few years expecting him to be a Bergeron when he's an okay defensively player.

I doubt it, Reinhart is better than Miller. Mahura is better than OEL

It's Miller's 8m X 7 years starting in October that makes the trade impossible for the Panthers.
