That’s a bit steep. 1st, 2nd and Blais would likely be the biggest return you could get. The market is flooded with sellers and there’s no way all those players get move at TDL.

Spending 2 seconds and moving Kase (who is on LTIR), for a minimal upgrade at 3rd pairing, which with this move the Canes still wouldn’t be able to afford, yeah Canes will easily pass.
