Luke playing 2nd line minutes will be brutal...he needs to be sheltered until his defensive game catches somewhat up to the point he's not a net negative....that's too much on the shoulders of three rookies on D.

That has been one of my concerns too.
Not many teams with three rookies on blueline make playoffs (only one during cap era, 2015 Hurricanes, I believe).

I think maybe extend Graves (or find similar LD for next year) and play Hughes or Nemec at 3RD for 2023-24.
Fit both in lineup by 2024-25.

I'd move a 2nd for Henrique, but not Salminen.

Next season, at the TDL 50% retained it'll be a 2nd and a b or better prospect.

We have few center prospects in pipeline and Salminen is a legit one.

Just pick a different prospect

Walsh + 2nd would make a lot of sense if the Devils have an interest and a need for King Rico.
