Detroit is not taking Trouba off your books. Not a position of need, or fit. Even with retention, it makes zero sense.

The cap is projected to be $87,500,000 in 24-25 at this current time. Trouba is not getting traded. Pesce is worth nearly double what you signed him for.

What an absolute grim outlook to assume Vimmy Jessey will still be on the 2nd line in 24-25, though... if you are dumping Trouba off, it better be to improve the team, not make it substantially worse as is this team
