Insiders have said they will retain on him and Domi is better offensively than jarnkrok and he’s good at faceoffs idk y the leafs wouldn’t be interested.

Benoit is only a year older than Kral, yet has 160 games in the AHL while Kral has exactly half that. Benoit has 102 NHL games (not including tonight), Kral exactly two. Benoit is bigger, heavier, and leads the Ducks in hits. And it's not as if anyone has ever accused Kral of being the next Erik Karlsson. By what measure would Kral offset any of the advantages Benoit has over him?

Blues also most likely will not retain on Acciari. Doesn’t make a lot of sense to. He’s been a great player for them this season and the coaching staff seems to love him.

I guess the main gist is I don’t see the Blues retaining on Acciari at all. And I don’t see this being the winning offer if they do ultimately decide to move him.

The argument is not if Domi (who is also horrible defensively) is better than Jarnkrok, it’s whether the Leafs can find a better candidate than Domi to play 2LW. I think they can and should. Jarnkrok is already in the team so no asset expenditure required to keep him
