I cannot imagine a scenario where the Blues hand Barby to Colorado short of a massive overpay. This is not that, and as nice as Behrens is, the Blues have far too many small offensive LDs as is.

Outsiders would probably say so. But from folks who follow Colorado closely, there is a valid argument for any of Olausson, Behrens, or Foudy. Also, I wouldn't say Behrens is an offensive dman. He's pretty well rounded. But I do agree that he's probably not the right guy for the Blues.

Anyway, I kinda hope you're wrong about the team's not doing business. I think Barbashev would look nice in Burgundy.
