Calen Addison is pretty good. I wouldn't do it either, but it's not bad. Switch to Ostlund Id do it.

I considered throwing in a ‘24 1st (lottery protected) instead of the 2nd. Would that work?

At first reaction I wanna say no from Buffalo but Addison is a damn intriguing piece and I love me some Marcus Foligno... I'm just also extremely high on Kulich... decent value but I think I balk.

I think the tough sell is having to include Kulich. A 24 1st that is at best 17th overall is kinda meh? Kulich projects to be at least, if not better than Peterka, and is closer to the NHL than 24 1st rounder. It's a case of might be good vs probably is good (and is closer to the NHL).

Very valid points! I really want Kulich because of his potential to play center. What if the 1st was only top 10 (7?) protected?

Kulich is ranked 26th, Addison isn't even in the Top 50. Change it to Rosen and keep your pick

He's a power play guy who won't play on our power play. He also needs a new contract

The trade doesn't make any sense. What are we giving up Rosen for? Addison entire production is on the power play, he won't play on ours

I must have missed Addison scoring .67 ppg as an 18 year old in the AHL in his draft year

I'm not trading him for a bottom 6 energy guy and a guy who isn't needed in addison

His EV numbers are good relative to his TOI. He's also 22. It's a good upgrade over what is currently there.

Why? Addison only produces on the power play and those spots are taken

evaluating d-men strictly through pts is unfair. He drives offense even in his limited EV usage.

*facepalm*

Addison isn’t eligible for Wheeler’s rankings because he’s a full time NHLer.

Wheeler’s rankings are also highly suspect outside of the top 10

Addison is 22yrs Old, a very good skater who could fit into are High Tempo System. And your PP can always be adjusted, he could make either unit better. And of all are Higher End prospects IMO Rosen will have the hardest time making the show.

He's the same draft as dahlin and Samuelsson, 1 draft later than jokiharju and Bryson and 3 drafts before power. Don't care that he's "only" 22
