These trades are whatever, they just need to remove these contracts & I don’t care how they do it. These are players I’d like to see in return but the team has to move on from basically its entire bottom 6 as it’s currently constructed.
Unfortunately Carter has all the control in any trade
For the record, we'd accept the 2023 first and Hallander for Henrique with 50% retention ($2,912,500). You get to keep Joseph, and you could probably talk us into taking Rutta for cap purposes instead of Hallander if that helps (I don't know how well he's been contributing for you).
Vancouver hasn't reactivated Demko for tonight's game, so with only 4 more games left before the trade deadline, risking significant assets on him before you learn how he's recovered from his injury n November would be terribly risky, in my opinion. I know that you're not the OP, but I just thought I'd say this.

I don't mean any disrespect in this but I wouldn't give up a 1st rounder for Henrique, especially when I'm not convinced that the Penguins are true contenders at this point. The only way I would give up a first is they could get Timo Meier somehow. I'm not sure that Demko is an upgrade over Jarry either. And when you factor in all the health concerns like you stated, I'd probably pass on Demko. Rutta has been okay but it would be nice to have the money spent on him to spend on the bottom six.

All points well taken. I understand your reservations about Henrique; he's probably our most underrated player, just as Alex Iafallo is probably the Kings' most underrated player. FYI, Henrique has the same number of points 5-on-5 over the last three seasons as Bo Horvat, despite the latter's stellar current season.
