haha that's fair. Fedotov is NHL ready next year for sure and he'll likely be cheap for the next few seasons. My guess is 2.5 mill cap hit per year for 3 seasons.

In general, a draft pick in one year is worth a draft pick one round higher the following year, but I doubt that Montreal, with only one second in 2023, would even trade their 2023 second for the Florida first Philly owns.

You might be able to sell Hart to Montreal, say swap those 1sts and Hart for Allen, for example. Only move that might make sense and even that's iffy. Requires the belief Hart will be our starter long term and someone we can win a cup with.
