I think Detroit would be more inclined to move the 2024 BOS 1st considering Konecny's performance has been inconsistent the past few years.

Also, I wouldn't say PHI is the worst team in the league, but certainly among the most difficult to rebuild.

Deal. Swap first rounders and I think it works.

Yes, that's what I meant but couldn't fit it into the title. Not the worst, but probably the worst to rebuild. Almost no young talent outside of Hart and Farabee, and their assets are all signed to long term deals.

There has to be retention in any Hayes trade. I don't think you get away without it, regardless of who is trading for him.

I'd bump it to a '24 2nd, Roslovic, Foudy, and add a '23 4th in exchange for $2.5M of retention.

Also, only one team should trade for Deangelo - The Tampa Bay Lightning.

By what conceivable metric are the Flyers the worst team in the NHL?

I guess you're right since the Blues are far worse

We’re not gonna pay to move Martinez…one year left and has played pretty exceptional. If we wanted to move him I’m sure we can find a suitor for FC

No, we're not trading Quinton Byfield. And the controversy-averse Los Angeles front office probably isn't interested in Ivan Provorov, either.

I wouldn't trade for Konecny for any first, this year or next, and it's not that he's not worth it but we just shouldn't where we are as a team. Two seconds and maybe Hanas or something sure.

LA refused to even entertain the thought of taking Slava Voynov back after (pretty well-substantiated) accusations of domestic violence, so I have the feeling that Ivan Provorov's refusal to wear a Pride Night warmup jersey renders him unattractive to management in the North American city with the second-largest gay community on the continent. But I could be wrong.
