If Orlov was willing to sign that cheaply he'd still be with Washington, Reportedly he wants a long term deal in the $6M+ range.

How do you give up desmith for a 4th and the poj for a 2nd when desmith is waaaaay better huge overpay for mccan btw id do rust and a 2nd

Value is good in the Canucks deal but they decline on account of not having the cap space for Granlund.

To be fair the sharks are in no position to give up a 4th for an older backup. sharks will most likely either resign Reimer or another vet for 1 year, or just give Makiniemi Chrona and Mann the chance to win the job in camp and if they aren’t ready then they will grab a vet or trade for an option towards the end of camp.

how many times have we seen a guy coming of 2-3 terrible years have a good rebound in his final year of his deal only to revert back to terrible. Personally I wouldn’t do a dollar more than 3.5 for Zucker for 2 years. i don’t doubt some GM overpaying, especially with such a weak FA class this year.
