6th OA i think MTL trades
Everyone from that point up until about 20th pick OA is similar projected upsides in the NHL and its just about Preference at this point.
Given we like the Big Lads in the Draft its more wise to collect later 1st round picks 10th -30th as there's some quality big lads in there.

Looking at who's in the top 10 i just dont see MTL taking Sale that early , its more like if he's there with FLA 15th OA pick then fine type deal.
RD we need arent in the top 10 or top 15 in most projections so i just dont see the upside to keeping the pick if Smith and Michkov are already taken .
If a D gets drafted top 5 screwing up the order like i think DET did with Seider then sure we're still in , otherwise i think we make a move to acquire a top RD prospect on an ELC

While Moore at 6 may be a stretch if taken over guys like Smith and Benson, you probably won't be dissapointed in the player he becomes. Very good chance he goes top 12

That's what I want Smith or Benson, but the Habs are the Habs.

We're in a good position to see who goes off the board and pick up someone that drops should it happen. Otherwise we have the option of trading down.

If your stretching for Moore at 6 why not swap 1st with Winnipeg and Dubois?
Something like
Montreal 6OA (+ small add) for PLD//Jets 16-20)
You would still have Fla pick plus PLD and mid 1st

The idea of the post is not that I want Moore, but rather than I think MTL will do a crazy pick as such at #6, and looking at the future with a pick like that

I like Moore. He’s got a motor that won’t quit and I see him gone by double digits. He brings a lot of what teams should be looking for.
