Fair, but Murray was linked to Buffalo last off-season. Wouldn't be surprised to see Buffalo kick tires on him around the draft.

Am I the only one who thinks Auston's contract is most important part of the offseason?
His full NMC comes into effect at the start of 23/24 season.
If he isn't signed in the offseason...watch out

He declined buffalo already. They’d be stupid to take him for that alone so i really doubt it

What sense would it make for the Coyotes to trade for one year of Matthews? I don't think Matthews is going to resign with the Leafs, but if the Leafs are in win mode they likely keep him. There are about 100 UFAs, they all don't get traded just because they are on expiring contracts.

Yeah, You would have to pay a bit more than that for the Sabres to take that injury waiting to happen. Definitely not getting anything back.

He was, along with 1st round pick as cap dump move. But then he used his right to veto this trade.

I don’t mind the Tanev Trade but I doubt TOR can afford him and I’d far prefer Liljegren being the main piece coming back in that Trade
