Liljegren's more a low-key, stick positioning defensive guy than he is an offensive puck mover in the NHL at least. Not really who he was pre-draft.

True, its just mccabe, schenn, giordano, holl are all somewhat similar, which for a team that bumbled around/got outskated/outhustled for 50 minutes last night might need something different

yea but not sure what to do, we need a shutdown pair so McCabe-Brodie stays and Rielly-Holl doesn't work so not sure where else you put Lily. And they have done well together in the past this season. But would def need to be an offensive zone start only pair so that they play in the o-zone and then use their speed to shut down in transition then you throw out the heavier guys in the dzone
