Hawks decline. They don't need two injury prone ex Leaf goalies. Besides, with Commesso signed, their G situation is pretty well set for next season.

Put him starter in the AHL then. I mean I guess it really doesn't make a difference though. Chicago will be an AHL team anyways.

Hubby and Weager both were expiring UFAs

Matthews is a expiring UFA
Thomas and Parayko are locked up for the next 8 years

That is not how that works but ok
If there is a 8 year extension in place sure blues will 1 for 1 swap Thomas for Matthews
