Cernak is too important to Tampa's RD moving ahead ahead, so Tampa says no. He has concussion issues because he takes cheap shots to the head...who would've thought that might cause a concussion. He doesn't have concussion issues. He does block a lot of shots and takes some wear and tear, but he's not a concussion issue player.
