Not happening. This helps Boston too much. Hall is a shell of his self.

He really isn't, his role was just a bit different this season in Boston and it's reflected in his numbers. Dude still has some great wheels.

It moves cap and gives them options if they'd rather keep Bert or orlov or pay swayman

Seems like a fair trade if Bruins fans want more and others think it's too much.

Oh I know they'll movea dman or two but it's still tight with the cap so I'm just thinking he could be an option to move and reload a bit of the draft capital they spent this season.

Getting Hall back to 60 pts+ is the priority and then, the Bruins move him. Not when he's missed 20 games and played on the 3rd line. His value is really low right now.

Hopefully upgrades and not all these moves which will keep them mediocre. Varly is always hurt, we need a better backup who can play and not be hurt all the time. Hall is past where he would be good for us. All the guys you signed are bottom 6 or bottom pairing, all it does is tie up our cap to players that won't get us over the hump. We have to stay the course or go big and overpay.

Stay the course - draft and develop
Go big - overpay for Kyle Connor or something similar.

So which is it, draft and develop or spend the capital for big moves. Hall is still super effective and would be the best winger on the team. Clifton has show he isn't a bottom pair guy. Yeah varly gets hurt so I get that.
