I doubt Hague and a 3rd is enough to dump the Lehner contract. LHD is not really a position of need either.

We'll get more for Perron at the deadline next year, assuming we aren't in a Playoff spot.

Detroit declines. We don't need LD. Yzerman isn't wasting a retention slot for 750k. Perron is needed next season. Hopefully we'll be competing for a playoff spot. If not Perron will get a nice return at the trade deadline.

Vegas isn't trading Hague unless it's in a deal that makes them better right now. If they decide to dump Lehner, it will include a package of picks and prospects. And Lehner probably has Chicago on his no trade list anyway.

Perron 50% reduction and if he’s still putting up 25g and 50-60 pts might fetch a late 1st from a legitimate cup contender. He plays playoff style hockey and will be sought after. I’d wait to move him
