Not bad. Forget the deal that some Ottawa and Red Wings fans agreed upon. Of course the weird Ottawa fans who says the Wings need to pay a king's ransome will say no, but I think this works. Not sure on Thomson.

Overpay in $$$$ and in the assets given up to get him. DeBrincat doesn't deserve Larkin money or to be the seventh highest paid LWer in the league.

Wait this can’t be fair. I’ve been told from a very reliable and unbiased source that Ottawa is a huge rival for Detroit and they would never ever trade Cat to Detroit unless the Wings offered Seider, Kasper, three 1sts, prime Lidstrom, and an autographed jersey from the Grind Line.

Proof u ppl don’t read.it’s TWO 2nd rd picks not just one..y’all .just post hate .. lol.. silly kids ..I didn’t create this it came an Ottawa pod ..so 😂 .. I think Bobby Ryan Jason York and host prob know more than y’all .. plus my insider works for the athletic .. considering it’s $9m qo ., $8.7 AAV is solid for 40 goal stick..and Larkin still top paid guy .. and Sens not getting more now than they gave up to get him since he’s more expensive and less team control.. now you’re educated .. you’re welcome 💋

Answer me this: if your team is actively trying to trade a player and your 2 best offers are:
A) Late 1st round pick from a team inside your division
B) Mid 2nd round pick from a team outside your division
Which trade are you taking?

I never said that teams should refuse better offers from teams within your division lmao. I said that GMs usually look outside their own division first. you’re just the guy who thinks that fan rivalries is the same as divisional

laugh You're kidding right? You're getting the 18th, 42nd and 43rd pick in an extremely deep draft. This is far more than what you guys gave up for an extra year on Cat. And i got news for you. this year's 18th pick is worth far more than last year's 7th pick in a lesser draft
