If the Hawks are not on the Palmieri no trade list, I would say yes. I expected a little more productive transistion to the NHL for Holstrom, but he is still not even 22 so a nice piece. Palmeri with some retention by the Hawks is likely moveable for something of value.

Bro Palmieri was the islanders best forward in the playoffs, isles aren’t dumping him along with a young forward In holmstrom to sign a 31 year old Tarasenko to a 7 YEAR CONTRACT, screwing them cap wise when they need to resign Sorokin.

Tarasenko on a 7 year deal makes a lot of sense for the Isles since Lou is the GM, but it’s a HARD pass from me

Palms was fantastic this season and is a real solid 2nd line winger.

Tarasenko deal is god awful.
