I love Marner, but one of the things that annoys me the most about his game is his tendency to stop up and look for a pass. He's got wicked hands, explosive speed, and a really underrated shot. Why doesn't he utilize that to his advantage more? He could be much more Nikita Kucherov in his execution if he tried. If he becomes a dual passing / shooting threat, the league better watch out

This is exactly how I wanted them to play all series. Smart, cautious, be patient and wait for your chances. You are going to get them from Florida, just be very patient for the right time. Give them nothing and they will have a lot of trouble scoring.

Ok, I didn’t watch much of the game (May is a very busy time of year on the farm) but from what I saw they looked a lot better.
