Trades
1.
LAK
  1. Ullmark, Linus
Additional Details:
Kings get a guy who likely fills their gap in net. Gives them one less worry moving forward.
BOS
  1. Grans, Helge
  2. 2023 2nd round pick (LAK)
Additional Details:
Bruins get a good RHD prospect and a high pick. Chances are they gotta get rid of one of Swagman or Ullmark, so considering they are gonna be kinda forced to move Ullmark I feel that this is a good return.
2.
LAK
  1. 2023 3rd round pick (DET)
Additional Details:
Kings get a third for Walker. He's a good defensemen, who has no place in the Kings defence. Im not sure that Detroit will be his destination, just a gut feeling.
DET
  1. Walker, Sean
Additional Details:
Wings get a solid Bottom 4 pairing defensemen for a pretty great price. Considering they have 3 second rounders, giving up a third for Walker puts the wings in a great spot.
3.
LAK
If Kings are serious about upgrading their goalie situation, Cal has to go. Chicago seems like the right fit. Kings lose a lot of draft capital here, but have more than enough assets in prospects to make up for a lack of picks.
    CHI
    1. Petersen, Cal
    2. 2023 3rd round pick (PIT)
    3. 2023 3rd round pick (DET)
    4. 2025 3rd round pick (LAK)
    Additional Details:
Blackhawks get 3 thirds for a guy who could still turn it around and be an NHL goalie. Considering their position as a bottom feeder for the foreseeable future, they may as well take this.

CHI has good goalie depth, two of which are ready for some serious NHL looks and one that should have a fair share of AHL time. Peterson is expensive. I don't think three 3rds is enough to dump him. I guess it's possible, especially if CHI is willing to buy out Mrazek, but I just don't see it happening without a hefty return.

Bs have no interest in a RHD. RHD is locked up for years. Give us a center and that'll be a deal

I don't mind Walker for a third, would rather pay less but the trade is fine

What about cal + walker + 2 3rds and just get back FC instead of our 3rd? It basically combines the hawks and wings trade with all of it going to Detroit.

Lol after McAvoy and Carlo theres zero RHD depth (Spence would be nice), but i agree that a center is a higher priority (Turcotte? Pinelli?)

We have a much more glaring need at center then D. With McAvoy and Carlo signed long term we don't need to spend assets at third pair d, that's an easy grab on the market. Plus we could just resign Clifton.
