Value is fair, but i doubt they move Kulich for something that isn't a home run trade. Ostlund or Rosen might be available tho.

Yeah Kulich wouldn't be traded for a player of Konecny's value. GM mode, this offer is maybe skewed a bit towards Philly but not totally unreasonable. In reality, wouldn't happen.
