Description
Not saying that the teams all accept these deals. This is meant to be an example of the need for players who have edge and that "it" factor and change the culture in that locker room. Ideally you'd want to move off of JT but I think that would be nearly impossible.

Gives the Leafs cap room, while moving back getting two picks. With a lot of teams needing to move off of players for cap space I'm doubting the return on these type of deals will be as lucrative as years past.

Additional Details:

Don't know how CF fans know what is said in a NHL locker room and what the Leafs are "missing". If these players you suggest are such difference makers, why did there teams miss the playoffs?

I would accept that offer as the Anaheim Gm but give you our 2023 fourth instead of the sixth.

I don't know what is exactly said but if you're good with the leafs culture of getting outworked and playing soft best of luck to ya!!

Funny. Just is a cheaper option with more upside, has more speed and seems like buffalo is going that route.

More upside than Dahlin and Power? Even if you are talking about the trade itself I don't think he has more upside than Krebs.

The Capitals are not going to do that for a $10M Winger that they don’t need.

With Fehervary that’s also an overpay. This is a poor understanding g of Washington’s current situation.

Well I suppose the 16 teams that didn't make the playoffs were really sorted and regularly outworked. Same with the 8 teams that lost in round one...soft and out worked....c'mon man
