I don’t think selling Hall for less than his value to sign Bertuzzi for even more is a great business decision.

Korpi gets double that somewhere.

Forbort is the guy that Anaheim wants (for cheap). You can keep Grzelcyk and we'll keep our 3rds.

If Bertuzzi is to resign it must be long term on a typical B´s team friendly deal.

What do you think Halls value is? Last time he was traded it was for a 2nd.

Last time he was traded he had a full NMC and was only willing to go to one team. It was take their offer or let him walk via FA and get nothing.

It’s not about Halls value. More about Bertuzzi.

Hall > Bertuzzi.

Trading 2 years of him to make room for Bertuzzi on a longer deal of similar value for a late 2nd is not wise.

And the actual answer to the question of what his value is ...... is what?

No, it really is about Halls value, because that's the specific question that I asked. You claim a 2nd and a 4th is below value for 31 year old 6 million dollar Hall, so I am asking you, what is his trade value?

With a late 2nd, second piece is decent B+ish type peospect. At minimum.

But again, wasn’t my point. 👍🏻

Point was they should not be trading Hall to give Bertuzzi same $ unless it’s an offer they can’t refuse. Pick outside the top 50 is not it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Knowing Sweens, he´s gonna offer Bertuzzi something like 6 x 5.25M tops or 2 yrs at 6,25! Whether or not Bertuzzi accepts this IDK, but I guess it depends on whether Bergy comes back for another real go at it!
On the whole your work with this is not bad though! Forbort before Reilly for sure though!
