laugh laugh On the Alex DeBrincat trade and signing for 4 x $6,525,000 You honestly can't be serious on either one.

Brodin has a NMC and isn't waiving it for the Laffs.

Don't really see that specific Leafs trade making sense but I love Brodin and he'd be a great add for the Leafs. Have to imagine the Wild would be looking at Liljegren or Timmins instead though

Devils decline. We don't need a goalie.

Lol none of this make sense. Not respecting nmc or no trade clause or 10 teams clause and sending worse players to Minnesota. Brodin isn't getting available or getting traded for your bad faith offee. I gwr it this is all a bait

Canucks should probably have some interest in Middleton. Prob not Merrill as well though.

What would be the asking price for Middleton? Jett Woo and a 3rd?

Is he surplus to requirements in Minnesota or why would you move him?

We wouldn't.

I highly doubt Minnesota does a single one of these trades.

Maybe not.

But he signed long term and acquired a NMC into his contract for a reason. He was drafted by the team he signed long-term with, has played his entire career here, and is the #1 d-man on the team.

He's also on record stating how much he loves his current team, and like his long-time D-partner Dumba, wants/wanted to play his entire career for Minnesota. In Dumba's case, that's not possible. For Brodin? It absolutely is. So sure, maybe he waives. But I'd bet good money he wouldn't.

oh i agree, im not saying he wants to leave at all,im just saying if he were to leave or if for some reason the wild really wanted him to move, we dont really know where he would be willing to go. i agree its more likely he stay for the reasons you mentionned!

Regardless, the Wild wouldn’t trade him for that heaping pile of stinky stuff!

Yeah well players don't ask for NMC one year, And decide to waive it the next year. Players get NMC for a reason. And it's not to waive it one year after just signing an 8 year extension.

Middleton is one of the very last players the Wild should consider moving! He’s very good and is completely underpaid!
