Crouse Vejmelka

Description
Adding Crouse and Vejmelka would be good gets for the Pens. Crouse is young, big and skilled. They need more of that. Vejmelka is a solid goalie. Brought in the veteran Varlamov to be there as a solid backup.

Granlund I tried something new. Instead of buying him out or just attaching a high pick to dump him. Figured Chicago may want to bring in some skill to play with Bedard. Dickinson is a serviceable bottom 6 player.

I would love Staal to finish his career with the Pens. Don't see him leaving Carolina, but it is strange he hasn't re-signed yet.

Miikola adds some size to the back end.

Threw Malkin a cookie and brought in Tarasenko to play with.

Good solid lineup in my opinion.

Hawks decline that. Also, Pickering isn’t someone that we should be moving. All other prospects before him.

Pushes any advancement from the cellar for at least 3 more years, at some point arizona has to put the line in the sand and actually put a contender together again. They have a stupid amount of picks and prospects all ready they need nhlers that will push the line for them.

Crouse is a guy I would love to have, and someone I think the Pens should target but I think he is going to be too expensive, this is ALOT to give up.

The take the picks you get and flip them...... u would be an absolute moron to turn down this gross overpayment

Like I said.... you can TRADE THESE PICKS FOR NHL PLAYERS..... turning this down would be like turning down a 100 dollar cheque for 30 dollars cash

Vejmelka may be a solid backup - maybe.

Crouse is good - but hard pass on that Arizona trade from the Pens perspective.
