I feel some Leaf fans think the "core four" of the Leafs is the "core four" of the NHL. Just can't believe so many don't appreciate the value of other players in the league

Eriksson Ek may be closer to a #3c than a #2C but even so, the Wild need 6 -- SIX! -- seasons of him more than they need two seasons of Nylander. And then Minnesota is going to add a first and a second? Hallucinatory.

Ideally, Eriksson Ek is a 3c on a Cup winning team, but for most of the league he's probably a 2c.

The Wild would only get 1 year of Nylander at his current cap hit, then presumably they'd get him at whatever raise he gets that they couldn't afford. Cap hell sucks. lol

Eriksson Ek being considered anywhere near a 3C is an absolute joke. Easily a 2C. 1C on a team with no top end center. I wasn’t shocked to see him do well with Boldy and Johansson. That line was more fun to watch than Kap-Hartman-Zucc.
