It's really crazy to pay Caulfied 10.5m and give up those picks too. Just sign a 10m UFA this year or next and keep the picks.

Murray and a 1st for a 2nd and Laughton and a 3rd for a 1st. If you think ur getting rid of Murray for less u live in fantasy land and 75% of Leafs teams now have Laughton for a 1st 1 for 1 at least I added a 3rd back. Leafs fans just think everyone should bow down to them it’s hilarious

Then let them match. Caulfield is good but not worth giving up a ton for and giving a massive cap hit to. When targeting someone for an offer sheet, you want to hit a team that has a good player that is capped out, MTL isn't that.
