Description
none of us are gms.. this is all just throwing ideas out there to see if it makes sense.. there's a couple of "geniuses" on here that have no problem commenting but don't put any actual ideas out there of their own and their opinions are awful.

I think there are going to be the highest amount of RFA's that aren't qualified, that we have ever seen

Lmao so the Flyers want to get younger and stack high round futures for our rebuild and you gave us an older player and two 3rds for our best trade chip? Take our Colton and replace him with two 1st round picks lol.

I just realized you have no first round picks. I’m not sure how good ur prospect pool is but I would assume without a 1st round pick you don’t have enough for TK

I agree with most of what you said. We're not GMs. I like your target for Seabrook/Myers. Considering Seabs is insured AZ should be interested. Also Agree that RFA's are going to be plenty this year. It'll be very interesting for teams that have cap space if they can grab any of those guys on longer term cheaper deals. The Hawks should have interest in Ross Colton imo. You could also send Seabs home in that deal too.

same age but a RFA instead of UFA is my thought process.. also i agree with a first from 2026 added but i can't do that yet on capfriendly

i think everyone can agree konecny is gone this year or next?

I totally agree with you that TK is gone this summer or next, I believe it will be next summer personally. I can’t see how TBL is a fit tho, Danny would be crucified if he trades our best piece for a 1st round pick that is 4 drafts away (2026). The only way I see him taking a 1st that far away is if there is another 1st that is 2023. Danny said somewhere that he envisions the Flyers coming out of their rebuild in either the 2025-2026 season or 2026-2027 season which would mean that the player they draft wouldn’t even be in the NHL until 2027 at the absolute earliest if he is a stud. I don’t see Danny waiting that long for a player traded for TK and I think Flyers fans, myself included, would go crazy on him for it.

that's fair.. maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part.. tk on the ice would be a perfect fit with tampa.. i don't think killorn or colton are back with tampa and trying to see what makes sense..

Ur on the right track player profile wise I just don’t think u have the picks and prospects to get the deal done. If UFAs get signed quick, TK might be the premier winger on the market this summer which would start a bidding war and drive the price up

I consider him untouchable but with how bad the Flyers are everyone is tradeable. They are going to want a similar package for him that they would for TK though because there is no reason to move him except for a big overpay. He’s young enough to go through a few rebuilding years and still be in his prime. He just broke out last year and now has a few more years of no pressure hockey to try and become a star in the league

i think his value is the highest it'll ever be because he has one last year on a cheap deal and then an RFA, so if they are committing to the rebuild, get as many picks and prospects as you can for him imo

It’s a gamble for sure, they could trade him now assuming he will get a lot for his potential. I think they bet on him having a monster year this upcoming year then they can trade his RFA rights if they can get a ransom for him.

I would be in favor of signing Kampf, but I think he's too expensive for Tampa to take a run at. His current hit of 1.5 is low IMO. I think he'll get a raise on the open market this summer. Probably something closer to 2 million maybe more.

AZ takes seab (LTIR) but TB keeps the 7th and AZ gives a 3rd in '23 and in '24 and gets perbix instead
