I don’t think they would be rentals and there is a Florida discount.. I put up part2 with the renewal contracts.

That was said on NHL network.. so take that for what its worth.. but it kinda makes sense amount wise.. the blueline needs help still even with these kids playing well. and they still need help in the top 6 because sheary was a swing and a miss... unless they move sergy before his NTC kicks in, which i've been told is a silly thought.. even though i don't think so.

The numbers that I heard for Tampa side is 5x4million
And that is believed they didn’t bring him this in the offseason to upset him before what is possibly his last season with Tampa. And to show him that tbl is willing to walk him to free agency as a bargaining tactic.. don’t know if I agree with this idea but it’s been well documented with Tampa players and agents that jbb negotiations are hard and he doesn’t cave

granted it is hearsay but i've heard that anything over 5 tampa is baulking at the deal.

Maybe they would be open to a swap if it brought back some more draft capital but I don't see that making sense for either team really. Sheary and the 26 2nd for Milano?</div></div>
it doesn't have to be washington, i was just told by washington fans how much they liked him. i just know that tampa needs him off their team badly.. terrible fit and taking up a roster spot because the coach isn't brave enough to scratch with the size of the contract.

Um don't think that's right... Tampa blocked the trade of Lecavalier to Montreal because Lecavalier agent is the one who helped put it together. But even so.. not the point of the post.. post is meant to accept tampa is not making it nor should they. get what they can for as much as the can and have a quick retool.

What I like
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Steven_Stamkos</b></div><div>That forward group is good. Very irritating and physical. No real reason for Minnesota to do that trade though. They are more cap crunched than we are. They won't be giving up 2 roster players for 3 fringe roster players and a 3rd. Especially when retaining 50% on Foligno which I wouldn't think they could afford. 19 skaters only gives us 1 sub for the season. Doesn't matter for playoffs, but if we get a couple injuries that aren't long term, we're gonna end up playing with less than 18 skaters or risk losing someone to waivers after a call up gets sent back down. Interesting trade, but needs more thought.</div></div>
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Justafan79</b></div><div>Raddysh had 25:13 TOI during the playoffs he will be on the team . Especially with Jbbs comments about him on "The Block Party " where he spent about 4 minutes of a 30 minute interview praising Raddysh.. Bogosian 3games healthy scratch Raddysh 3nd on team to Sergachev in time on ice.</div></div>
i understand that raddysh will play more than bogo but with the cap space it would take about 20 games for the cap to allow him to be called up and then there's enough room because of the prorated cap. that no one would have to be sent down and there's an extra forward and defensemen for the season.

why is comtois worth more and not being qualified?

TBL day one roster option v2
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>JTBF81</b></div><div>Completely different subject, but okay. Hagel was an overpay, but he had the ability and potential to be what he is/us becoming for whichever team paid the price to get him. It also helped strengthen the team for the now by sacrificing future capital. The moving of McD, while it could've been argued came a year early, was also expected. With this whole approach of giving up the long term for the best chance to win now, even the exorbitant price paid for Jeannot could somewhat be defended. But to now apparently be unable to keep Killorn(expected but still unfortunate), and trade a guy with top 6 capability as well, for one single draft pick(not even a late 1st), runs completely counter to this supposed strategy. The cap was an issue, but losing both Colton and Killorn is indicative of terrible cap management and severely weakens the team moving ahead.</div></div>
And see this is why i think this was the plan and the right one. i think too much stock has been given to colton because of one goal and playing very offense minded minutes with very good defensive players to cover for him and killorn unless he comes back at a very team friendly jordan staal deal, you let him walk and use money other places.
