Elvis was REALLY bad last year and has gotten markedly worse every year in the league. He is 5.4 per and 4 years left. The Columbus pick with adding Provorov/Werenski & Babcock is not likely to be as high as this years. I want nothing to do with that player/contract and certainly not for a single 1st

Hawks won't target any of those three UFA's. And Elvis, despite his cool name, takes a lot more than a single 1st to move.

No chance we would send Soderblom to CBJ in that deal. I could see "Jarmo's last stand" being a big failure and that 2024 pick ending up high enough to justify taking Merzlikins, but I wouldn't bet on it without more insurance coming back to CHI in the form of picks and prospects.
